I just finished a 70 mile road bike ride at a fast pace. 3,000 vertical feet in total. So far, I have 'zero' soreness in my legs.. It's pretty amazing what it can do for you both on the ride (longer sustained endurance) as well as afterwards with recovery. I've also tried these on a long ski day in Tahoe. I always ski pretty hard, but in the last 7 years or so, my legs just can't keep up.. With Sportslegs, I lasted the whole day with out being tired. Once again, no soreness. I'm 43, so not a young buck here..

If you've never used this stuff you should try it. I am an avid cyclist and it seems that I am able to go longer and harder when using it. This was the best price I was able to find once shipping was factored in.

I thought the Sportlegs helped me during my last Ultra. They worked well for the first 22 miles then after that I became tired anyway. I did not cramp as much as before but I was hoping they would assist with cramping and remove it all together. I take other items to assist with cramping and drink plenty of fluids. I will try Sportlegs again to see how they work on my next marathon and then follow on Ultra.

This product seems to be one of the great scams of the sports world. There is no doubt calcium and magnesium are good for avoiding cramping while exercising. But why pay 25$ plus for this stuff when you can go into any grocery or vitamin store and buy the same combination of vitamin D, calcium and magnesium for seven or eight bucks? Plus you'll no doubt get far more. Call something "Sports" anything, charge triple for it and you could become rich. If you are bothered by cramping on long rides or running, the prof is out there that calcium and magnesium will help. However, you need don't this high priced product to come to that conclusion.

it just didn't work this year (out west skiing)...last year it did, not sure why.
