Works pretty good

This seems to work better for me then extra protein. I have been working out with free weights for about 4 months. The first two months, I was using whey protein, having extra meat, and eggs. I didnt see a lot of change in my muscles. I they were tone but not growing or better defined. I started using this product about 5 weeks ago and am finally seeing some improvements in my muscle size and definition of my muscles. I am not sure if taking protein with this product helps but this product made the difference for me. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the cost.

Better than just protein

I used to lift weights alot in highschool but had gotten away from it over the wears. I could see that I was at the point where my stomach was sagging and I didnt have a whole lot of muscle tone. I joined golds gym and started to use the eliptical for cardio and also dumbells. I ran into friends that went there that I didnt realize and they sometimes gave me some pointers on working out. Also, it became a little bit of a friendly competition. I am on my second set of bottles of this and have seen some real nice results. I have better muscle tone and my muscles are bigger and better defined. I wasnt achieving this to any great degree until I started using this product. It was in the second month that I could start to notice a meainingful difference. I still have not peaked and am still improving. I think I rate pretty well at the gym now, at least getting more respect..

First Product to Really Make a Difference

I was hopeful but doubtful that Titanium Muscle would make a difference and I'm glad to be wrong. I have been able to gain weight and muscle since using them. I would recommend over many other test boosters I have tried. Also, great value because you get a 3 month supply. Most supplements have like 260 pills but make you take like 6 a day so you really don't more than a month or month and a half.

I have tried numerous products looking for the Holy Grail of weight loss or muscle building. I go from trying to lose body fat to increasing lean muscle (each one separately for 6 months or so).

I need to stop doing this to myself.

I have been using this product for 30 days with no effect in increasing lean muscle, losing body fat and or increase libido.

The company delivered the product as advertised, but I have had no changes.

I do wish they would either add more pills or use smaller bottles. When I opened one up, it was half empty. I easily dumped 2 containers into 1. Trying to be environmental.

Whats in these pills?

Nowhere can I find anything that says what is in these pills. Any search of the web will revel the same "reviews" most likely written by the manufacturer but no ingredients. Shame on me for buying them.
